These Terms of Service are a local-review draft for Web4U’s small-business static landing-site service. The applicable private Contract and Offer must identify the Site, scope, term, and saved fees. No public price is stated here.
Web4U may create a landing site using public source material or information and assets supplied by the business owner. Owner review and minor changes are limited to the scope stated in the applicable Offer. No CMS, full site migration, booking, payment, commerce, blog, or third-party platform integration is included unless an approved Offer expressly says otherwise.
For an initial Service period, the service fee and any setup fee must be paid before work begins. The first paid Service date follows the later of successful first payment and successful first deployment, plus one California local calendar day. Later successful service-fee payments extend Service by the selected calendar term.
Auto-renew is optional. Account-wide authorization is separate from the on/off choice for each Site. Every automatic renewal charge still requires the current Payment Account, an approved Account-to-Site relationship, the current accepted Service Contract for the exact Offer terms, and equality between the selected term fee and the current configured fee. Turning off auto-renew for one Site stops future automatic charges for that Site without shortening an already-paid Service term; it does not clear the Account-wide authorization. The current term-fee schedule shown during authorization does not promise future prices, and this local-review draft does not decide how future fee or authorization-text changes affect consent. Contact Support for a refund or early-stop request; this draft does not guarantee a refund, credit, or early termination.
Governing-law and dispute-resolution terms remain unresolved. This draft does not add arbitration, a liability limit, an intellectual-property transfer, an uptime commitment, analytics, or a custom-domain/DNS/TLS guarantee. Review these terms before use.
