What does Web4U provide? A scoped static landing site for a small business, built from a public website or owner-provided business details, photos, and brand assets. The exact work and review scope belong in the selected Offer.
When does service begin? The first paid Service date is the day after the later of first successful payment and first successful deployment, measured using California local calendar dates. The full service fee and any setup fee must be paid before work begins.
Can one person sign while another pays? Yes. The signer and Site-linked Payment Account can be different Accounts. Automatic renewal requires a separate affirmative action from the current Payment Account.
How do renewals work? A successful service-fee payment extends the selected calendar term. The Payment Account gives Account-wide automatic-payment authorization once, then auto-renew is enabled separately for each Site. A renewal still requires the exact current accepted Service Contract and a selected-term fee equal to the current configured fee. Turning off one Site stops future automatic charges for that Site without reducing a paid term or clearing the Account-wide authorization. A separately offered Pay checkbox for saving a card is only provider consent and does not enable Site auto-renew.
How do I request a refund? Contact Support and ask for a review. This local-review FAQ makes no promise that a refund or credit will be issued.
Where are prices shown? No sample or test prices are published in this FAQ. A private Offer and Service Contract copy must show the exact saved USD fees for the selected Site and term.
This FAQ is informational. Its final relationship to the Service Contract and Terms of Service requires legal review.
